THE GOVERNING COUNCIL (THE OVERSIGHT BODY)
Strategic Oversight & Technical Validation
At the apex of JJJKAS is the Governing Council. This body serves as the “Supreme Group of Experts” responsible for vetting the organization’s strategic direction, financial integrity, and technical standards.
By separating Command from Oversight, we ensure that all directives are subjected to rigorous peer review. The Council includes experts in:
International Trade & Logistics: Ensuring export readiness.
Food Technology: Validating vacuum-frying and preservation SOPs.
Corporate Governance: Maintaining transparency and legal compliance for NABARD and institutional partners.
THE EXECUTIVE COMMAND
Mission Leadership
The daily operations and strategic vision of the society are led by the Founder Secretary. While the Governing Council provides oversight, the Executive Command ensures mission-oriented results.
● Major Arun Jha (Retired) Founder Secretary & Chief Executive: Major Jha will be responsible for the conceptualization and coordination of all initiatives. He would be the bridge between the Governing Council’s technical validations and the operational execution on the ground.

To ensure that the “Soldier-Certified” promise is met without compromise, instructions would be carried out by a dedicated implementation team. This team would be responsible for the “zero-error” execution of verified protocols.
