JJJKAS is a Bihar-based social enterprise founded and led by Major Arun Jha (Retired). Our organization applies the discipline, strategic planning, and integrity of the Indian Army to the agricultural sector to boost the rural economy through food processing and exports.

Project Sampada & Technology
It is our flagship initiative—a 3-to-5-year roadmap to transform Bihar’s raw agricultural produce into high-value, export-quality products like vacuum-fried snacks and premium pickles.
It is an advanced processing method where food is fried at lower temperatures in a vacuum. This results in snacks that retain their natural color, nutrients, and flavor while absorbing significantly less oil than traditional frying methods.
Yes. While we lead all operations internally, we utilize the SRISTI Foundation for specialized technical consultancy to ensure our food processing and organizational protocols remain at the global forefront.
Operations & Participation
Our Operational HQ is located at Danapur Cantt. Our primary production focus and pilot manufacturing units are situated in Sherpur village and the Patna region.
We integrate rural farming clusters and JEEViKA-affiliated Self-Help Groups (SHGs) into our disciplined supply chain. We provide the training and technology needed for them to produce export-grade goods, ensuring they earn a higher share of the value chain.
We are currently scaling our production through our pilot units. Information regarding retail availability and export consignments will be updated on our website as we move through the phases of Project Sampada.
Governance & Oversight
JJJKAS operates under a Governing Council—a supreme group of independent experts in food technology, law, and international trade. This Council provides a layer of professional oversight, ensuring that every strategic decision made by the leadership is technically validated and ethically sound before execution.
To ensure institutional longevity and global credibility. By utilizing a "Supreme Group of Experts," we remove the risk of centralized decision-making. This structure guarantees to partners like NABARD and international importers that the project is governed by collective expertise and rigorous checks and balances.
Major Arun Jha (Retired) serves as the Founder Secretary and Chief Executive. He initiates strategies and coordinates the mission. However, major strategic shifts are vetted by the Governing Council to ensure they meet professional benchmarks, creating a "Dual-Key" system of command and validation.
Project Sampada Operations
Implementation is led by our senior veteran team, Subedar O P Gupta and Subedar R V Singh. They are responsible for enforcing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) approved by the Governing Council, ensuring "Soldier-Certified" precision at our Sherpur Operational HQ.
We utilize the SRISTI Foundation as our dedicated technical consultancy partner. They provide the specialized food-science and organizational expertise required to maintain our competitive edge, particularly in Vacuum-Frying and FSSAI-compliant manufacturing.

Yes. We are in the process of registering as a Producer Organisation Promoting Institution (POPI) with NABARD to further strengthen our ability to organize and support Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) in Bihar.
