Body: The Governing Council is the highest advisory and oversight body of JJJKAS. Composed of industry veterans, technical specialists, and strategic consultants, the Council provides the “Expert Audit” required for high-stakes decision-making.
Their role is to ensure that all strategic directives are technically sound, financially transparent, and market-ready before they are moved to the execution phase.
